Vlad is a vampire with an unfortunate problem: rosy cheeks that make him look embarrassingly alive. To hide his telltale complexion, he layers on elaborate all-black vampire outfits — until a surprising secret from his best friend changes everything.

A charmingly spooky picture book about being yourself and finding your people, illustrated in a bold, detail-rich style rooted in Mexican folk art tradition. A perfect read for kids who have ever felt a little different.

Format: Hardcover picture book
