Gem's Favorite Full Moon Ritual

Hello darlings, I'm going to share with you my favorite culmination ritual to align with the full moon. This one is part gratitude, part manifestation, and totally sweet and relaxing. This is how I've spent many full moons.
I start with a candle, any candle, and whatever oil I'm really feeling at the moment. Seek out the anointing oil that really aligns with your desires and needs. I add drops of the oil to the top of the candle, then I place whatever crystals align with that intention nearby. Choose some herbs to burn that also align with your intentions. Get your supplies ready, then go take a shower and wash with Dragon's Blood soap. Once I'm clean, cleansed, and mentally ready for ritual, then I make myself a cup of tea, put on some music, and light a charcoal. Typically, I'm choosing Arriving Without Leaving. I sit and meditate (sometimes with herbal support) and once the first song has finished, then I begin.
First, I add a pinch or two of my herb incense to the charcoal, which should be nice and hot by now. I'm choosing a mix of cedar & lavender for cleansing, strength, victory, peace, balance, and for how great they smell together when they burn.
As they burn, light your candle. I never advise heavily dressing your candles, they can become unsafe, they can burn really ugly, and a flame that is out of control runs the risk of making the glass its in crack, break, or explode. Any candle should work. I love using a pillar style candle for this kind of thing because I can reuse the same one over and over. Choose whatever color is best for your intention and purposes.
As you watch your candle burn, and the wax begins to melt, I want you to think about whatever you've been working on and pouring all yourself into. You've put all your energy into making that thing happen. You've worked hard on the idea, then bringing that idea into reality. You've supported it, you've helped it to grow, and now you're watching that success swell from a flower to a tiny, but growing, fruit. Let's keep nourishing it with a little more energy. Let's see how we can encourage it to ripen in our hands.
I want you to think about all the things that have led you to this point and be thankful for them. Thank your guides, ancestors, angels, spirits, or whoever else you have gotten assistance from. Speak from the heart and tell them all how much you appreciate their efforts, how you've learned and grown from these experiences, and how you've worked to make a way for those things here in the material realm. Thank them for the gifts they've given you.
Now that you've thought about the whole scope of your journey, how far you've come, and how thankful you are, look forward. What do you hope comes to you next? What do you need to bring about your next iteration? What seems like the logical next steps after all you've been through? Is there another resource or tool that might take you to the next level you're hoping to reach? Are you needing to open yourself up to hearing the direction from your spiritual team? Ask to see their guidance and to have the wisdom to see it & know what to do. Ask for the courage to follow through on these goals.
This is where you may open up the floor to them to give you a message, pull out your most aligned divination tool to use for this purpose. You want to get a very clear message, leave no room for a misunderstanding. I always pull tarot cards in pairs, so I can get context for the subject at hand.
Finally, write down everything in your journal or grimoire so you have a record of the timings, supplies, intention, and results of your ritual. You'll likely want to dwell on the message you were given for the next few days or weeks to fully absorb. Revisit if you plan to continue the working to remember all the details, and continue to record your results.
